My name is Trần Đình Hoành in Vietnamese and Hoanh D. Tran in English.

I have been practicing law in the US since 1984, first as an anti-trust lawyer at the Federal Trade Commission, investigating and prosecuting anti-trust violations, then as a trial attorney for MCI Telecommunications, 2nd largest US telecom company in the early 90s, and later, since 1997, as a solo practitioner in private international cases.

I have a Doctor of Law in the US, an LLB in Vietnam, and attended the LLM program in public law in Vietnam.

I have taught at, among other places, Ministry of Justice of Vietnam, Institute of Economics in HCMC, and State Arbitration in Hanoi.

I have written for major Vietnamese newspapers and radio stations.

I have been working with various business and government leaders in various countries on international issues.
